Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-10-11

Content standards for Evertrustnet: what you may not generate, how we enforce it, and how to report misuse.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt you write, every image you upload and every image you generate with Evertrustnet (evertrustnet.com, "the Service"). The Service generates images with third-party AI models (currently GPT Image 2.5), and you are responsible for what you ask it to create.

Prohibited content

You must not upload, request, generate or share content in any of the following categories. These rules apply whether or not the upstream model's own safety filters would allow the request.

1. Sexual and NSFW content

  • Nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit or pornographic imagery, fetish content, or "undressing" edits of any person.
  • Sexualised or suggestive depictions of real, identifiable people.

2. Violence and gore

  • Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture or realistic depictions of serious injury or death.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism or self-harm, or that provides instructions for causing harm.

3. Hate and harassment

  • Content that attacks, dehumanises or incites hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or other protected characteristics.
  • Hate symbols used to promote hateful ideologies, and content created to bully, threaten or harass an individual.

4. Child safety

  • Any sexual, suggestive or exploitative content involving a minor, real or fictional, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is an absolute prohibition.
  • Uploading photos of children in order to place them in intimate, revealing or unsafe scenes.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities (including the UK Internet Watch Foundation and the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and preserve related account data as required by law.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

  • Images of a real person created without their consent that could reasonably deceive viewers, damage their reputation, or depict them in sexual, violent, criminal or humiliating situations.
  • Impersonating public figures, officials, organisations or brands; fake documents, IDs, receipts or evidence; political or electoral disinformation.
  • Using another person's photo unless you own it or have their permission to edit it.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

  • Uploading images you do not own or have no licence to use, or generating images that reproduce protected characters, artworks, logos or trademarks in a way that infringes the rights holder's rights.
  • Removing or obscuring watermarks, copyright notices or attributions, including our own watermark on free results.

Other prohibited uses

  • Spam, fraud, scams, malware, or attempts to bypass credit limits, sign-up checks, rate limits or safety filters (for example by creating multiple accounts for free credits).

How we moderate

  • Automated checks. Prompts are screened on our servers before generation, and requests for explicit sexual content, or that combine minors with intimate wording, are refused without using your credits. The underlying AI model applies its own safety filters and may also block a request; blocked generations are refunded in credits.
  • Human review. Our team can review the prompts and images connected to any generation, and does so for every user report, for generations flagged by our checks, and in periodic spot checks.
  • Records. We keep a record of each generation (prompt, account, time and result) so that reports can be investigated.

Enforcement

If we find a violation, we may, depending on its severity:

  1. remove the generated image so it can no longer be viewed or downloaded;
  2. issue a warning;
  3. suspend the account, which immediately stops it from generating images;
  4. permanently close the account without refund of any credits used in breach of this policy; and
  5. report the matter to law enforcement where required or where we believe there is a risk of harm.

Child-safety violations always lead to immediate permanent suspension and a report to the authorities.

If you believe we have made a mistake, reply to the enforcement email or write to support@evertrustnet.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We aim to review appeals within 7 days.

Reporting misuse

Anyone, including people who do not have an account, can report content that breaks this policy:

  • Email: support@evertrustnet.com with the subject "Content report". Include a link or screenshot of the image, why you are reporting it, and, for deepfakes or copyright, how you are connected to the person or work involved.
  • Signed-in users can also open a ticket from the help button on any page.

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and act on urgent child-safety reports as a priority. We will not tell the reported user who made the report.

Changes

We may update this policy as the law, our AI providers or the Service change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
